Hi Friends! Brian and Sandy are doing a raffle to raise funds for Brian's legal fees....here's a list of what is being raffled off:

Let's Pray Together

It was suggested that we set up a day each week, where all those who know and love the Hansens take a few minutes and pray for their family and the needs that have yet to be met financially.

So....every TUESDAY at 8:30am....let's ALL set aside a few minutes and pray. Pray specifically for:

1. Continued hope and perseverence for Brian and Sandy as they deal with all that is to come.
2. Financial provision. Once funds start really coming in it will be such a great encouragement to Brian and Sandy. Knowing that their friends and family love and support them, in prayer and in giving, will be a tremendous blessing upon them!
3. Pray that the girls are protected from all that's going on. I can imagine that at times tensions and stress are high, and it's hard to keep things "normal".
4. The attorneys that are working with the Hansens. For wisdom. For facts to become clear.

Support the Hansen Family

As most of you know the Hansen family has been dealing with a lot of hardship from Brian’s former employer ever since Brian was injured on the job. The Hansens found out about a year after his injury that someone called in a suspicion of his injury and they have been under investigation ever since. They have been followed, videotaped, and photographed for the past 3 years because of this.

His employer does not dispute the fact that Brian was injured, but the severity of his injury. Brian has done nothing to encourage this suspicion. He had surgery following his injury and it did not help they way the doctors believed that it would.

 He lives every day with chronic pain in his back and down his legs. Brian’s doctors have encouraged him to try and live as normal a life as he possibly can.  He pays for this injury any time he plays with his children, goes for a walk, drives any amount of distance, or does a small amount of yard work. These are the things that his doctor has told him to do.

I am writing this on behalf of the Hansens to first ask for prayer and encouragement for this young family. Please, specifically, pray for the Hansens as they seek legal help in this matter. The costs, as you can imagine, are enormous. Brian and Sandy have been able to sell Brian’s truck and gather some financial support from family and are have raised 75% of the funds needed already! Any financial contribution the Lord enables you to give to the Hansen family is a tremendous blessing to them! Please cover them in prayer daily, and feel free to encourage them with Scripture and kind words on the Support the Hansen Family Facebook page. Brian and Sandy have approximately thirty days to raise the remaining $5000 needed for their attorney fees. If 100 friends gave $50 each this could be accomplished quickly! Please consider donating to the Hansen family via PayPal, and keep them and their attorneys in your prayers.
